President, Kathryn Conners started in the modeling industry in 1984, working with Mannequin Models, the runway and fashion division of IMG Models.

In 1989, she left Mannequin to start the first fitting division at Ford Models. In six years she built the division billings to over 4 Million dollars per year.

In 1996 she opened the doors to Fit Models L.L.C.. With the help of Michele Trapani has successfully managed the careers of hundreds of fashion and professional fitting models, overseeing their schedules, bookings and billings for the past 14 years. Their clients include: Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, John Varvatos, Nautica, Perry Ellis, L.L.Bean, Lands End, The Gap, Banana Republic, Jones New York, American Eagle, Martin & Osa, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, J. Crew, and Armani Exchange just to name a few.
